Services
Residential Cleaning
Our residential cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen sanitization, and common area maintenance. We create customized schedules (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) and use client-preferred cleaning products. Two trained professionals handle each job to ensure thoroughness and consistency.
Commercial Janitorial
We provide nightly commercial cleaning for offices, strata properties, and apartment buildings. Services include floor maintenance, glass cleaning, dusting, and sanitization during non-business hours. Teams of 2-4 staff handle regular or event-based cleaning contracts with minimal disruption.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Our post-construction service removes drywall dust, cleans moldings, window sills, and new countertops. We supply specialized equipment for final builder cleanups or renovation aftermath, ensuring properties meet occupancy standards for new tenants.
Move-In/Out Cleaning
We specialize in deep cleaning for property transitions, including move-in/move-out and strata turnover. Services cover carpet maintenance, surface sanitization, and detailed inspections to maximize rental appeal and tenant satisfaction.
Strata Maintenance
Our strata maintenance includes hallway vacuuming, bathroom sanitization, and common area upkeep. Regular schedules preserve property value while on-demand services address tenant turnover or special cleaning requirements for condominiums and apartment complexes.

Worst experience dealing with this company. Just terminated the contract, manager walked out without any arguments. They were hired to (Un)clean our clinic on shooters Hill road, and we ended up cleaning our place. Please avoid them.
