Services
Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving physical function through evidence-based treatments. We address acute injuries, chronic conditions, and post-surgical recovery using manual therapy, exercise programs, and electrotherapies. Patients benefit from personalized care plans developed by certified physiotherapists with specialized training in multiple therapeutic approaches.
Gunn IMS
Gunn IMS treatment targets myofascial pain through precise needle insertion at trigger points to release muscle tension. This Western medical approach effectively addresses chronic pain conditions by addressing the root cause rather than just symptoms. Patients experience immediate pain relief and improved mobility through this medication-free treatment method.
Acupuncture
Our acupuncture services combine traditional Chinese medicine principles with modern anatomical understanding to treat pain and inflammation. This treatment stimulates endorphin production for natural pain relief while addressing conditions like arthritis, migraines, and sports injuries. Sessions use ultra-fine needles with minimal discomfort and immediate therapeutic effects.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy utilizes water's buoyancy to provide low-impact rehabilitation for joint and muscle conditions. Patients perform therapeutic exercises in a controlled aquatic environment to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility without excessive strain. This group-based treatment benefits post-surgical recovery and chronic pain management.
Virtual Physiotherapy
Virtual physiotherapy delivers expert care through secure video consultations for patients preferring remote treatment. Our therapists guide patients through personalized exercise programs and progress tracking using digital tools. This accessible option maintains quality care while eliminating travel requirements for follow-up appointments.

I have been dealing with many injuries due to being hit in two different car accidents. After treatment with a few different Physios and other treatments with no avail, I met Laura. She has been AMAZING! I am finally feeling positive changes! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a knee replacement and went for physio afterwards but was not recovering as well as I should have. I changed to Oceanside Physio and was fortunate enough to have Joan work on the new knee. I was two months behind and with a lot of hard work and advise Joan had me where I should have been in no time at all. Unfortunately 8 months later I tore my menial meniscus in my other leg and again was able to be under the care of Joan. With the right exercise regiment and her great expertise I am back to work full time with no surgery required. Thank you Joan for helping me get back to be able to do

Having physio with numerous physiotherapists at Oceanside both before and after four large joint replacements, as well as soft tissue injuries, I have left each time knowing I have had the best professional care possible in a physio setting. The office staff are so friendly, always willing to work around your schedule. During Covid restrictions, they demanded use of both staff and clients to wear the more protective surgical grade masks while on premise. Clients waited outside until their therapist was available. I have worked with four different therapists over these many years. They were compassionate

Extremely rude & patronizing receptionist. I am new the the area. I called on my way to ask which exit # to take off Hwy 19, the receptionist laughed at me & said she had no idea, she'd lived here all her life. You'd think if she'd lived there all her life, she would know then, which exit # it was. When I arrived late, she told me I would have to reschedule. I was in an immense amount of pain & had re-organized my whole day for this appointment. I told her I got lost as the directions were not clear. I had also missed the turnoff as Google told me to turn left instead of right. She was very patronizing
