We had a fantastic experience with Bliss and pulling together out wedding at the Gardiner museum in Toronto. My husband and I live in Los Angeles and Olivia helped us with every single aspect of planning the wedding since we were remote. Olivia is extremely organized, understanding and ensured that the day ran seamlessly. Her vendor recommendations… were all amazing. We could not have pulled off the wedding without her and we are so grateful to her for helping us plan the perfect day! I can't recommend Olivia and Bliss enough. Working with her was the best decision we made!

I am so incredibly thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Tara on my wedding this past June - as soon as we hired her, everything fell into place and we actually started to enjoy planning the wedding! We hired Bliss for our wedding and could not have been more grateful for their help in making the day an absolutely magical experience. I know it sounds so clich, but it really was! I had specific and slightly non-conventional ideas on what I wanted for the celebration, and our wedding planner Lisa was more than accommodating in making it all a reality. I had gone with Bliss because of the awards it had won in the past. I had Lisa Shaw as my day of wedding planner. Throughout the months leading up to my wedding she was distant and uninvolved. I attempted to engage the owner to get more help however she too was uninterested. Two weeks before my wedding, Lisa quit. She told us on Monday that she was leaving Bliss, and told us she would be available for the next 4 days if we had any questions. I called the owner Tara, who offered minimal assistance. A snapshot of her dedication to her clients: I first met Tara in a coffee shop a mere 2 weeks after she had given birth to her son. I hired Tara O'Grady eight months prior to my wedding because she seemed very nice over the phone and at our first visit. As soon as we put the deposit down for full wedding planning (although the site lists partial planning we were told this is no longer an option) her demeanor instantly changed.
