This Vet. Clinic obviously only caters to larger animals after hours, so if you have a pet you care about, go elsewhere because this clinic expects you to take them to Red Deer. Their Web page also needs updating because they state they care 24/7 for your pet. Vet got message at 6:10 and still did not call me at all to even reassure me of what i could do.

My mothers husky cross was brutally attacked yesterday morning just before 6 am. The on call vet, Dr. Jacob's ignored his text completely...no contact what so ever..not even a follow up call when he did get into work at 9 am. The lady who did answer the after hours call directed my Elderly mother to drive her ripped up dog to red deer. My review is unless you have livestock dont utilize this clinic because if your pet has an after hours emergency the vet on call can just choose to ignore his calls and texts
