I had a set of volume lashes done by Mikayla and it was the worst set I have ever had. I felt she was careless with the placement of lashes. Normally when I get lashes done, each lash is individually separated and adhered to an extension. Mikayla was fast and careless with the application process. Within 24 hours, 90% of my lashes had fallen out, despite performing all of the necessary lash care regiment. I have had lashes done at other places before and this has NEVER happened. Not enough glue was used on the extensions. I went back to the store and they gave me my refund, but she was very rude

Well, where do I start, from the moment you walk in to Shine, you are greeted with a friendly smile, offered a beverage, and 9/10 times, there is no wait, they always seem to be running on time. I've had hair and lashes done here, and I know for sure, I won't be going anywhere else. I can't wait to be getting my nails done next with Mikayla, if they're only half as good as her lashing techniques, they'll still be incredible. I honestly can't recommend Shine enough to anyone I know. Keep up the good work ladies.

I went into Shine for the first time to get a set of gel nails. I was really apprehensive as I previously had an awesome nail tech, but due to a new job her appointment availability does not work for me. Mikayla did my nails at Shine and I was so impressed. She was so detail oriented. Due to COVID, she was using latex gloves, which mustve been so challenging! Very accommodating and polite! Love the new set!
