I had an emergency tire situation and they were closing. They took me in however, and got the tire fixed. Very friendly, great service. I was super appreciative of the fact that they stayed open later to help me out. I would not have been able to drive on that tire otherwise. Thank you so much.

I have been going West End for years with many different vehicles I have owned. They have gone above and beyond - up front about work and pricing, call to confirm before proceeding, long and short term scheduling, emergency work, and shuttling to their location. They continually do good work and provide excellent value and, above all, I trust them. I never worry about scamming, overpricing, etc. Vehicles are complex and can have a multitude of issues, and West End Service does an amazing job of being honest, fair, and work with me every time to get me back on the road quickly. I've always had a great experience bringing my vehicles to West End Service. They've been honest and friendly and very quick with fixes on my vehicles. Their quotes have always proven to be accurate and their fixes are never faulty. They give you enough information to know what your options are and make good recommendations. I would fully recommend bringing your vehicles to this shop for any reason, from a simple oil change to a majour fix.

Wouldnt take my car anywhere else! Always top-notch service! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They will give you rides & pick you up to get your vehicle back. They even wash my car and make sure its nice and clean before I get it back.
