Ladies Only Fitness is in it's 28th year of business. We are Proud to be the original and only Women owned and operated Ladies Gym in Kamloops! At Ladies Only Fitness we are more than just a Gym Membership! We are an amazing, encouraging and knowledgeable community of Women dedicated to helping you succeed!

Our Fitness Facility is over 5000 Sq. Feet of Machines, Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, Spin Bike Room and a Studio space for Yoga and Kickboxing! We have everything you need to get in a great workout along with Free Parking and Showers! We want you to be able to achieve your health and fitness goals so we have helped by taking away any excuses.

Delrae Kohnert is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor & Teacher, and Certified in Pre & Postnatal Fitness. She loves helping others set goals and maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. Delrae has competed as a Figure competitor with the BC Amateur Body Building Association and was a Nationally Qualified Figure Competitor.

Sometimes going to the gym can feel intimidating, but you don't need to feel that way at Ladies Only Fitness, because we can show you around and help you understand all the machines and weights. Our personal trainers can help look at your current program, examine your goals, or help you create a new one so that you can get the results you want!
Pre & Postnatal Fitness

Exercising regularly throughout your pregnancy can help you stay health and feel your best! Taught by a Personal Trainer certified in Pre and Postnatal Fitness, our program is designed to boost your energy while building strength.

Whether this is the beginning of your fitness journey or you have yours of experience, the society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada encourages women with uncomplicated pregnancies in any trimester to participate in an exercise routine.
Child Minding
Report
We are running timed Childminding slots with max 6 kids per hour in order to keep everyone safe. Masks are NOT required for children under 12 years of age. Under no circumstances are members permitted to take children into the group fitness studio or onto the gym floor. Parents will be paged to the child care area if a child cannot be comforted from crying within 10 minutes.
