Queen City Kinsmen Gymnastics
For over 30 years Queen City Gymnastics Club (QCGC) has been actively promoting and facilitating Gymnastics Excellence in Regina in both Women's (WAG) and Men's (MAG) Junior Olympic (JO) programs. Go For It Play Fair Respect Others Keep It Fun Stay Healthy Include Everyone Give Back. QCGC recruits coaches from all corners of earth to provide the best opportunity for success for our athletes.

All coaches are NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) trained and Certified and engage in continuous learning and training through various platforms. Many of our coaches have National team, International and Olympic experience from many different countries which gives our athletes access to a unique world view of the sport.

The Queen City Gymnastics Club upholds, supports and adheres to Gymnastics Saskatchewan and Gymnastics Canada Safe Sport policies and Codes of Conduct. We implement a variety of measures to promote participant safety for all our members, such as requiring that all coaches working in our club complete Respect in Sport and Making Ethical Decisions training, as well as enforcing our criminal record check and vulnerable sector check requirements.

Queen City Gymnastics offers both Recreational and Competitive gymnastics programs. The recreational programs are centered around the CanGym program. CanGym is an age and skill dependent series of classes from beginner to advanced. The classes focus on fundamental movement patterns including landings, locomotions, stationary positions, rotations, springs and swings.
Preschool Classes

All of our pre-school classes take place in our recreational gym. This space is fully fenced and features "just for kids" equipment that is tailored to our smallest athletes. It is completely separate from our competitive facilities to ensure everyone's safety. Our recreational area is fully viewable from our bleachers.
CanGYM

The recreational programs at QCG are centered around the CanGym program. CanGym is an age and skill dependent series of classes from beginner to advanced. The classes focus on fundamental movement patterns including landings, locomotions, stationary positions, rotations, springs and swings. These are natural progressions into our competitive programs and Women's and Men's Artistic Gymnastics.
Specialty Classes

QCG's tumbling program is broken into three levels our Beginners are learning handstands, cartwheels, dive rolls, roundoffs, walkovers. The Intermediate are using those basic fundamentals to work towards backhandsprings, front handsprings, front tuck, backtuck, round off backhandspring, and ariels.
