I have two kids and they both had such a good experience with Dr. Specs. They ACTUALLY talk to your kids and explain all the neat equipment and the Optometrist made everything fun for them. If you have kids, take them here! All the staff are great with kids

I recently got new glasses at Dr Specs Optical. Their prices were great, as was their selection! The staff were really friendly and helpful, and my new glasses were ready in a timely manner. I went back twice to get my new glasses adjusted, (as they fit a little too tight), and great service from Ellyse every time. I highly recommend them, and would go back to them!

Horrible customer service! My elderly father called about having an eye exam and getting new glasses and was told to just pop in. When we popped in, the associate was rude and impatient and explained to us that we had to make an appointment for an eye exam- Which is fair enough, but the misinformation my father received, coupled with the condescending tone we were met with, is more than enough to ensure I never shop here.
