It was my first time getting an eye exam and glasses. I was quiet nervous and also a bit lost on what to do. But the doctor assured me that everything was fine and normal. Also, Maria who assisted me gave me time to pick what glasses I think fits me. She also give me space to try on those glasses. All in all, It was a wonderful experience.

WORST WORST WORST patient service., RUDE n CRAZY people.. I beleive they r only money making machine, front staff dont even have knowledge answering patient queries, be careful, they r only money minded doctors, charging too high 145$ for eye exam, however u can get 80$ exam at BLINK in same mall bramalea city centre, and better service..

Dr. Siva & Hina have great customer service skills. They are happy to answer any concerns or questions and have a lot of new/modern equipment. I've only been here once, but I'd suggest getting an eye exam here. The friendliness, professionalism, and comfort is worth it!
