Core Aeration

Often described as the most important thing you can do to create a healthy, thick and robust lawn. Core aeration is the process of mechanically removing small cores of soil from the lawn using an aerator. The aerator is designed to penetrate the soil and remove small cores about 2-3 in depth. The lawn aeration process leaves plugs of soil and thatch on the surface of the lawn so they can be incorporated back into the lawn.
Dethatching
Report
Dethatching is a restorative service that is only recommended for lawns that suffer from an extremely thick thatch layer. Since dethatching can cause extreme stress to your lawn and is extremely labour intensive, this service will only be performed when it is truly required. If your thatch layer is less than 2 inches, we recommend Core Aeration and Power Raking in the Spring or Fall, as the best method to reduce your thatch.
Slit Seeding

Revitalize your tired or damaged lawn and have it looking just like new again. Our slit seeding service effectively repairs weak, bare, and thin areas of your lawn, leaving them full of new grass before you know it! Slit seeding is performed using a special machine called a slit seeder that slices shallow vertical rows (or slits) into the soil.
Organic Top Dressing

Soils lacking in nutrients, poor structure, and low organic material create a challenge in maintaining healthy turf. With top dressing, you can help get your lawn there, by rejuvenating tired grass and improving poor soil conditions. Spreading a thin layer of 100% weed free natural organic topdressing across the lawn can help in a variety of ways.
