After a very lousy experience, and trying to get clarification on a 5000$ surgery I asked the manager and the owner to speak with me. As someone new to the Province the vet as awful and the request for a callback has been ignored . Jill and Patti really aren’t interested in customers and this is the worst customer service I have ever had. I would recommend another vet, because they just don’t care.

I brought my cat here after a severe misdiagnosis from another vet. Avalon saved my cats life and I cannot be more grateful. Dr. Dunne assured me Im doing the best job taking care of my cat and I was able to leave the office with a healthy cat and confidence that Im doing everything in my power to keep him healthy. Ill never go to another vet again!

I highly recommend this animal hospital, and absolutely need to compliment the entire staff! They are warm, kind, compassionate, and incredibly understanding people. I wish I could remember my vet's name, she made a truly devastating loss much more bearable.

Hard day for pet owners when you have to put your baby to rest but the staff here were amazing, kind,gentle, attentive and anything else you could need in such a difficult time. They also use angel paws for cremation, which ive herd noting but fantastic things about
