Booked more than 5 weeks ago, they never replied to my email, difficult to reach out, they didnt even have my name in the system. Called to reschedule my appointment, but they couldnt even find it. They are understaffed and seem very unorganized. Choose a different clinic for your dental needs.

Had an appointment booked for today (Tues Aug 24 at 10:30 am) Drove all the way there only to find they are 'on vacation' as per voicemail. I received a confirmation call of the appointment and now extremely disappointed I was not informed of their cancellation with no notice/no reschedule. Finding somewhere else.

Amazing dental practice. Friendly staff. They are very accommodating and wait times are not long. They are great with kids. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental clinic they can trust and feel safe and confident with. I've been going there for over 5 years and have always had good experiences.

Everyone in this office is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, from the front desk girls, to the hygienists. Dr. Thomas explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. Always a pleasant experience here! Thank you all so much!

Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Thomas is not my regular dentist but was kind enough to see me when I had a dental emergency - on a snow day no less! She was very thorough and easy to converse with. I couldn’t recommend her and her staff enough :)

I had been a patient of Dr. Thomas, as were my children and my mother, for years. I had moved away and Im now residing back in Nova Scotia and two weeks ago I called with the expectation that I might get in where I had a terrible swollen jaw and aching mouth. The receptionist Was very unconcerned and told me to go elsewhere but will try to fit me in. I hadnt heard and called again and still no empathy or sympathy to my situation. I have a fear of dentists and felt Dr. Thomas would help. I still have heard nothing and I am appalled, As I thought Dr. Thomas was much more professional and empathetic
