We follow strict installation protocols to ensure maximum performance and warranty protection while providing lifetime limited warranty options. Our certified installers ensure proper ventilation and underlayment for optimal longevity in Windsor-Essex's climate conditions.
Metal Roofing
We install premium metal roofing systems engineered for extreme weather resistance with lifespans exceeding 50 years. Our solutions include standing seam panels, cedar shake replicas, and slate alternatives that combine modern durability with traditional aesthetics. All installations follow thermal movement guidelines and include proper underlayment systems to prevent condensation issues in Ontario's variable climate.
Rubber Roofing
Our EuroShield rubber roofing systems offer lifetime protection using 95% recycled materials, featuring slate and shake profiles that withstand hail and extreme weather. These Class 4 impact-resistant roofs come with non-prorated transferable warranties and include proper flashing details to prevent water infiltration in flat and low-slope applications across Windsor-Essex properties.
Slate Roofing
We specialize in premium slate roofing installations that combine timeless elegance with exceptional durability. Our team ensures proper structural assessment and traditional installation techniques for natural slate and GAF TruSlate alternatives, providing weathertight protection that maintains property value through generations of Windsor-Essex homeowners.

To whom it may concern, Dayus Roofing installed a new roof on our home in Windsor Riverside in September 2020 and then they installed another roof on an out-building (our sauna) in April 2021. They used a special high profile shingle which required exceptional skill to install but their men were up to the task! Both house and sauna turned out beautifully and the job site was cleaned so well that it was hard to tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Dayus Roofing. For us having them do our roof was peace of mind. Thanks for the great job.

IMPRESSIVE!!!!! I was confident with my choice once I spoke to Bill. Thank you for your knowledge, professionalism and especially answering my numerous questions, which put my mind at ease of the team I wanted to complete my roof. The team of roofers that day were amazing (professional) and cleanup was GREAT and thank you for putting up my chimney cap and going the extra mile. It might be small to some, but for me it was greatly appreciated. I was impressed with a followup appointment. 5 STAR!!! The person made sure everything was completed; that's just the kind of service you can expect from

I'm giving them a 5 star review, because of the assistance their receptionist gave me. She explained what needed to be done to repair my roof and approximate cost. They were too busy to do the work themselves.
