During a time of grief, stress-free services is what is needed. I attended an initial planning meeting with Stephen with my mother and aunt for the planning of my grandmother's services. Stephen was so helpful and genuinely caring. Heritage offers a full service approach to ensure the bereaved never need to stress or worry. The aftercare is phenomenal. The entire staff is fantastic and the space is beautifully modern.

At this difficult juncture in our lives Heritage Funeral Complex stood out because they were supportive and did everything they could to make the funeral process as easy as possible for us. Even in our grief we could appreciate their support before, during, and especially after the funeral. They were always there if we had any questions or required anything during the funeral quietly watching us from the back for a cue if they were needed. They made sure the process of holding a funeral, especially during COVID, easy and stress free. The after support continues and they are happy to answer

The entire staff of Heritage Funeral Home are the most caring, amazing people. Highly recommend them as the overall experience from planning to after care could not have been better. Their beautiful new facility has everything available in one location, making a very difficult time less stressful. Simplicity of plans available for all budgets, attention to detail and heartwarming service make them in our view, the best in Orleans.
