In order to properly monitor our capacity, access to the gym and pool facilities is only available via the front door. Members wishing to use the pool can see a staff member to sign out a key at our front desk. Members should supply their own locks if you wish to secure your belongings during your workout.

Immediately west of the glass elevator at ground level turn right and enter through double glass doors marked 83 Garry Lobby. Take a regular elevator car (not glass) to the 4th floor. Exit to the right then take your first left. Assiniboine Athletic Club glass entrance is on your right. Take parkade elevators (on your left) up to P3. Exit the vestibule to the parkade, immediately turn right and enter the fire stairwell.
