Services
Roofing
Our roofing services include complete replacements, shingle repairs, and flashing maintenance. We address leaks, storm damage, and aging materials to restore roof integrity. Clients benefit from durable solutions that protect against weather extremes while improving energy efficiency through proper insulation integration.
Insulation
We install and evaluate spray foam, batt, and loose-fill insulation systems. Our experts optimize R-values to reduce energy costs and prevent moisture buildup. Proper insulation extends roof lifespan by minimizing thermal stress and maintaining consistent indoor temperatures throughout seasonal changes.
Eavestroughs
Our eavestrough maintenance and installation prevents water damage through proper drainage solutions. We offer leaf protection guards and repair warped gutters to protect foundations, landscaping, and exterior walls from water intrusion caused by clogged or damaged systems.
Ventilation
We install and maintain attic ventilation systems that regulate temperature and moisture. Proper airflow prevents ice dams in winter and heat buildup in summer, extending roof lifespan while improving indoor air quality through balanced intake and exhaust systems.
Siding
We provide vinyl, aluminum, and wood siding installation that enhances curb appeal while protecting homes from weather damage. Our experts ensure proper installation with attention to flashing details and energy efficiency, offering both aesthetic improvements and structural protection against the elements.

We have used FineLines for several jobs in the past few years (basement foam insulation, leafguard installation, condensation problems in attic, bathroom fan installation, range hood duct insulation) and we are very happy with their professional, quality work. Service courtois, comptent et bilingue. Tout fait recommand.

Water was leaking through our bathroom exhaust fan during heavy rains.
Mike and Dave were the only roofing company that responded on the day I called them and two other companies. One of the other companies finally called back almost a week later to say they couldn't do any work until next spring (!). They promptly responded with a site visit and a quote, and, after making a down payment, completed the repair work the same day, showing me pictures of the roof repair, which included needed repair unrelated to the leak through the bathroom fan. Great work, Guys!

Professionalism and craftsmanship at its best! We hired FineLines Roofing and Renovations Lts this year to replace our roof, repair structural design flaws that were causing leaking and replace our eaves throughs. The experience from start to finish was excellent! Dave and Mike took the time to fully explain what needed to be done, they documented the work throughout the process with pictures, they were on time and on budget and they clean up after the job was done. We highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

We had two bathroom vents installed. The upstairs bathroom never had a vent as it has a window, and the powder room vent was loud and did nothing. Mike and Dave made the whole process very easy, they were done in a little over half a day and cleaned up after themselves. The new fans they installed are super quiet and do a great job. Super happy with the result!

Excellent work from Dave and Mike at Finelines! They hit the mark with that winning combination of personable and professional service. As other reviewers have mentioned, they did the job ( attic work prior to insulation top up- new fans and attic vents) and left the work site clean if not cleaner than before they arrived. Thanks again gentlemen for a job well done.
