Staff were very welcoming! Lori was our consultant and she was able to pull dresses that I was excited to try. Although there were not many within my budget, the dresses we did find were easily customized allowing me to feel like I had my own unique gown. They gave me a price for alterations right away. We celebrated with champagne and chocolate. Such a fun shopping experience!

This was the most amazing experience I've ever had at a store. Lori was incredible, she picked so many gorgeous dresses based on what I expressed I was looking for! We found my wedding dress without issue, and they popped champagne for myself and my friends! They have the sweetest tradition here when you find your dress that made me cry such happy beautiful tears. I was blessed to have such an amazing experience curated to myself and my dreams. Had an incredibly disappointing experience recently looking at dresses with a bride-to-be at Ethos. At entry, nobody wanted to take our bride's appointment (maybe staff shortage?) and during the appointment the consultant didn't even assist the bride-to-be with taking on and off dresses and disappeared for 30 minutes in the middle of the appointment leaving her bridesmaid and I to walk through the store pulling potential dresses for her. The bride-to-be is a small female but the consultant actually said to her when she said why are all these dresses so small -- "you probably won't fit into any

Found a gown at Ethos I liked. I went to another bridal store who had the same dress by the same designer and it was $400 cheaper. Ethos jacks up the price. They also couldn't do measurements on the same day. I found it inconvenient. Make sure you do your research before you buy your gown ladies! :)

I was excited to try on wedding dresses with my bridesmaids after travelling from Edmonton to Calgary to visit this store. HOWEVER, I dont think I have ever ever felt so upset and disappointed after leaving a store in my life. I am just above average size and I was taken exclusively to the plus size section without any care for what I wanted and told to pick what I like out of about 14 plus size dresses (apparently most dresses on the floor are size 6-8). After saying I didnt really like any, the consultant pulled some and told me just to try them (even though they weren't even close to my

I went to Ethos to shop for my wedding dress with my mom. We were welcomed in and I was allowed to look around at a variety of dresses. I'm plus sized and I felt that the selection that they carried to try on was very reasonable. My consultant was run off her feet (it was the day after restrictions changed and she was continually fielding phone calls) but she worked super hard to help me find a dress, even going so far as to take one off the mannequin for me when I expressed interest in it. Unfortunately, I didn't find a dress that I loved here, but I truly appreciated the service that I received

I had to give one star just to let me comment! First I was so happy when I found the dress that I want for my wedding. I had to add the sleeves for $300 which is too expensive but I had to do because I need it. The dress was looking amazing with hoop (underskirt petticoats) so I had to rent it and payed $75. I asked her one week before the wedding day if I can take it with me but she said no because she had a customer she will take it. Obviously there is only one hoop on that store. so she said I have to come and take it one day before the wedding day. Of course I forgot to take it on the 28 of
