Our waterfront cottages offer modern amenities including fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests. Located on Lake Mindemoya, these cottages provide direct access to boating, swimming, and stargazing opportunities. Each unit features a screened porch, picnic table, and heating systems for year-round comfort.
RV/Trailer Campsites
We provide 15 RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer hookups, along with picnic tables and fire pits. Our campground includes a modern bathroom facility with hot showers, a dumping station, and free Wi-Fi. Pet-friendly sites are available in designated areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for travelers with recreational vehicles.
Boat Rentals
Aluminum skiffs with 9.9 hp motors are available for rent by the hour, day, or week. Our protected docking area accommodates boats up to 20 feet, with a concrete launch ramp nearby. Cottages: Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 9 AM. Campgrounds: Check-in at 1 PM, check-out at 12 PM.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Yes, well-behaved pets are permitted in the campground and Cottage 6. They must remain leashed at all times.
What amenities are included in cottages?
All cottages include bed linens, cookware, dishware, refrigerators, stoves, and 3-piece bathrooms. Towels are not provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottages and campground areas for guest convenience.
