I broke my tooth at about 1:15 in the afternoon and made some calls. Wasnt able to get into my dentist and a friend suggested trying his - Northern Dental Centre, and am I ever glad he did. Not only did they get the tooth filled by 3:00, I came away feeling like I had been treated like royalty. Dr. Rami and his assistant, Erna kept me informed about everything they were doing and everything they were about to do. In the state of mind I was in, that really helped. So if you are looking for a dentist or if you have a fear of dentists, I strongly suggest you try this office out. Everyone there

I used to love my dentist. Ive been going here for around 20 years. Dr smith was kind, helpful, let me do payment plans when I needed.
Was told my teeth were built up with a strong bond only to be told today its essential plastic and will brake. Now its seems they just want your money, no care as a client/customer. No payment plans. Really considering a new dental office.
Theyre kind enough but Id like as much customer service as before, not to go backwards.

Dont use this form if you have kids. Dr. Smith has been my dentist since 6. I am currently 41. A new owner came and basically pushed my old dentist out and took over with out a cutesy explanation of where my dentist went. I continued attending my kids appointments there and today my son has his first filling and the dentist wont allow me in the room with him as they do the procedure. They tried to explain the child does better with out the parent but I believe its my right to be with him. Very disappointed in the compassion here.

I was referred by a friend to northern dental after needing some emergency dental work. The office is very clean and all the staff professional and friendly. Special thanks to the ladies on the front desk who made the whole process very easy for me. You girls rock :)

This is the BEST dental service I have ever used. They advised me on a medical service that could help my coverage, then went above and beyond to help me turn my mouth into something beautiful again! I want to that EVERYONE at Northern Dental for their incredable kindness and support!!
