Patrick Squire was called to the Ontario bar in 2001 and joined the real estate department of McCarthy Ttrault in Toronto, Ontario where his practice areas included institutional lending, construction financing, corporate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial mortgage securitization, project development and commercial/retail leasing.

Hamza Ahmad was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. He holds a B.A. (Hons) in Psychology from York University and a J.D. from Lakehead University. While at Lakehead University, Hamza gained experience at one of Thunder Bay's most distinguished full-service law firms, Weiler Maloney Nelson, focusing on corporate litigation.

Dr. Corrinne Lobe is an Intellectual Property lawyer, with extensive experience in trademarks, patents, IP assignments and licensing. Corrinne understands the importance of a solid IP strategy to maximize the value of a business, whether it be a high technology company or a client in the service industry.
