Grout Colour Sealing
Grout Colour Sealing permanently protects and revitalizes grout lines. Using concrete and urethane-based sealers, we prevent staining, mold growth, and discoloration while enhancing aesthetics. Ideal for ceramic and porcelain tiles, this service creates waterproof, stain-proof surfaces that last 1020 years with minimal maintenance. Clients enjoy 70% easier upkeep and increased property value.
Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet cleaning removes deep-seated dirt, allergens, and stains using truck-mounted and portable systems. Our eco-friendly solutions and advanced tools like the Hydro-Force CX-15 rotary cleaner ensure thorough cleaning without damaging fibers. Services include spot treatment, odor removal, and commercial-grade maintenance for residential and business clients.
Pet Odor Removal
Pet Odor Removal targets urine, feces, and dander using enzymatic treatments that neutralize odor-causing molecules. Our three-stage process includes spot recreation, pad flushing, and antimicrobial sealing. Safe for pets and children, this service restores freshness to carpets and upholstery while addressing persistent organic stains.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning
Commercial Carpet Cleaning utilizes high-efficiency rotary tools like the CX-15 for large-scale projects. Designed for minimal downtime, our services include pre-treatment, hot-water extraction, and rapid drying. Businesses benefit from improved indoor air quality, extended carpet lifespan, and a polished appearance for clients and employees.

Michaels and his team is very professional and friendly. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done.
Michael left me with a fan to try out my carpet, and when he came back he spent time on some spot treatments as well, free of charge! They did an amazing job on every floor, and I'd definitely recommend them to everyone.

Guelph, On. -- Eve Harding --When I designed and built my home in 1990, I chose a buff coloured grout for my imported Italian tile flooring . With about 800 tiles and grout in the busy rooms of our home... I was the only one who really knew that the grey grout everywhere I looked was really a discoloured blemish. I had tried professional cleaners, even hand painted re-grouting, over the years but NO-one ever matched this amazing job. Mike and his team cleaned and re-did the grout with a miracle product that doesn't even mark with coffee spills or our grandchildren's helpful table clearing drips
