Through sound financial risk management practices, the Board of Directors monitors and ensures the Company is financially secure to enhance growth, sustain inflation, and most importantly, meet the liabilities the Company incurs through losses. When these measures are obtained, combined with the results of a successful year, the Board of Directors may declare a refund of premiums to its qualifying members.

We were created out of a necessity to serve our community. A small group of farmers believed in helping each other protect against devastating fire losses. That time-honoured tradition of neighbour helping neighbour was envisioned 125 years ago and the same values remain today. We are passionate about building strong, safe communities and will continue to do so for years to come.
