What hair services do you offer?
We provide precision haircuts, dimensional coloring, balayage, grey coverage, curly hair specialization, wedding styling, and personalized consultations. Our stylists accommodate all hair types and styles.
Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Yes, we accept walk-ins when available, though appointment reservations are preferred. Online booking is available for your convenience through our MeGo app.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Cash for all services and retail purchases at our Winnipeg salon location.
What are your cancellation policies?
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Bridal bookings need a deposit three weeks prior to the event date. Please contact us directly for any appointment changes.
Do you offer product guarantees?
Yes, all retail purchases come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your product, we offer exchanges within our store policies.

I have been a long time customer of Cutting Loose Hair Design’s incredibly wonderful proprietor, Tammie, and have never once considered changing stylists or salons. Why would I? 40 years later, I’m still happy… as a “Granny in curlers on a Saturday morning drinking coffee”,(truthfully, I don’t know know if Grannies like that ARE happy in curlers on Saturday, but I’m imagining it to be excessively so) and continue to be completely satisfied with all aspects of her incredibly successful business.
