My name is Dr. Jim Kaminski and I have been serving the Centre Wellington area for the past 25 years. In this time we have helped people from all ages whether they were newborn or in their 90s.

BSc. is a wellness chiropractor who serves Fergus, Elora and the surrounding communities in Centre Wellington, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Kaminski uses chiropractic care to improve the health and wellness in all areas of patient's lives, whether they are having problems with back pain or neck pain, or just want to start feeling better when they wake-up in the morning.

We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be nerve-racking. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.
What to Expect

In some ways, one could say that chiropractic care is a bit like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work together correctly. When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse.
Your First Visit
Report
Upon entering our office, our friendly front desk team will welcome you as a member of our family. We will request that you complete our patient forms located in the New Patient Center. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition as well as your health goals.
Your Second Visit
Report
During your second visit you will attend a Doctor's Report. You will be asked to invite your spouse or parent (for children) so that they can understand your health problems and support you in your decisions towards better health. The Doctor's Report is done in a small group setting in our office with other people who are interested in taking a more active role in their health care.
