Got some codes on my reefer before loading perishable item. Called and told about codes and asked if I come empty coz its going to be hard if trailer is loaded. They said worry not, get it loaded and then come to shop. Went there, after 30 min they said they cant fix it as trailer is loaded. And charged 150+ tax for tech fee. Could have been avoided if I had come empty. And btw there was no issue that needed to be checked from inside the reefer. Smart business to befool hard working people.

For just changing engine air filter. you charged me 130$. I asked to change only engine air filter. you are charging me diagnose and pre trip. which i never asked you. I need my Money back. You are ripping it off.
