JFB Pressure Washing was established in 1991 as a family owned business by Darryl Hall for exterior building cleaner and maintenance services in Vancouver, BC. Darryl was inspired to bring growth to his community and assist customers in the exterior maintenance of their home or business to make a difference in offering his customers a pleasing environment that they can enjoy and take pride.
He set out to work with one pressure washer, water fed brush wash pole, and pickup truck, advertising in the local paper and dropping off flyers on foot door to door promoting his business. In 1997, he moved his business to Port Coquitlam, BC where he and his wife purchased their first home due to their growing family.

Gutter Cleaning

The gutter system is a critical component of a building's roofing system and a long-term investment in the maintenance of your home. Make sure gutters are in good condition and solidly fixed to the house and/or building. In order, for water to flow freely, debris must be removed from the gutters. Also, important to clean any debris or moss from the roof valleys since any obstruction will not allow water run off into your gutter system.
Vinyl or Aluminum Siding

Vinyl siding does need cleaning on a periodic basis to remove moss and mold that grows mostly on the North side of most residential homes and buildings. The moss appearance is green in colour, but if not removed will turn into a black fungus that is more difficult to remove. Power washing is not recommended, since the water will enter behind the siding and penetrate windows seals and damage walls.
