I am originally from Minnesota and graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Exercise Science. I decided to continue my education at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, earning my Doctorate of Chiropractic. While attending school I fell in love with the Pacific Northwest, the mountain and all of the adventures it has to offer.

Chiropractic
Report
Chiropractic is an evidence-informed, non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice primarily using their hands, providing diagnosis, treatment and preventive care for disorders related to the spine, pelvis, nervous system and joints.
Osteopathy
Report
Osteopathy focuses on how the skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves, circulation, connective tissue and internal organs function as a holistic unit. Osteopaths work on the premise that posture, injury, or negative lifestyle patterns compromise anatomical structure and lead to poor health. As practitioners, they look at the relationship between the structure of the body and the way in functions.
