Service combinations depending on the type of concrete (regular, exposed, or stamped) take longer to co-ordinate and complete due to curing, settlement stage and weather. CFJ staff informs all our clients of procedures one on one and step by step. Please have the water on as well as hoses available for our asphalt/cement crews.

Maintenance & Repairs

Back fill the sides with soil and seed as soon as possible if required and where required. Do not twist tires while the vehicle is completely stopped. It causes dents. Turning while driving will cause tire marks and tire marks are inevitable. Chairs, bike kick stands, and high heels to name a few puncture the asphalt and leave holes.
Guidelines

Please contact the zoning department within your city or the builder for new builds prior to contacting CFJ Paving Ltd. in reference to extensions. Our office gets a very high volume of quote requests all year round. A great deal of time is spent tracking people, working around the weather and or client's vacation time.
Warranty
Report
CFJ Paving Limited agrees for a period of ONE (1) year that it will repair any defects that may arise as a result of substandard material or poor workmanship supplied (site visit required). Repair work is not warranted.
Note: The Purchaser shall have the sole responsibility of determining the location of the area to be paved in relation to existing lot lines and CFJ Paving Limited shall assume no responsibility to any encroachments onto any adjoining properties.CFJ will not warrant damage done by homeowner or other: Tire marks, twisting of tires, gas/oil/chemical spills, parking on unsupported edges, high heel/chair damage/bike damage etc.
