I just have to say administration and techs are amazing. The doctor I had today to euthanize my dog was awful. He had no compassion whatsoever about the situation. He referred to my dog as a he/him when I told him and asked the tech to remind him that my dog was female. Especially when it is this time in life when you have to put your family member/best friend down it is not that hard to remember such a small detail. Again thank you for all the support from everyone at Cypress except the vet. I dont expect the vet to be warm and cuddly but at least show a little bit of compassion.

My husband brought in our Australian Shepard and they where amazing with her! She got sick with her vaccinations and we called to see what we could do or what they would recommend. The veterinarian was able to… talk with me on the phone and give me some advice. So thankful for them to keep us in the loop, and share helpful information that helped our little girl out!!!!

Experience so bad it's worthy of my first review. Had to call multiple times for updates, they would never return calls when promised, vet doctor seemed to have little to no interest in my pet and the treatments they attempted, (although it didn't work the first 3 times.) Wasn't followed up with despite numerous calls and was pushed from person to person. Even called to see if my medicine was ready for pickup and nobody could find it on file, had to speak to the vet, who of course had to call me back. The doctor said they were putting notes on file about how the treatment was going and each time
