She then went on to study dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in Pennsylvania. After graduating with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine Degree, she completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Montefiore Hospital.
