If you have occupied the Cottage, but decided to leave it prior the Check-out Date - it shall refund only Security Deposit if you leave the Cottage in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found by You. You agree that this Agreement may be executed by facsimile or -mail transmission and that facsimile or e- signatures will evidence the obligation of the parties to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
