I grew up in the Westside neighbourhood of Dunbar and now reside in East Vancouver with my wife and two young children. I graduated from UBC in 2006 with a Bachelor of Economics and in 2007 I decided I would like to focus my skills in the mortgage area of real estate finance and obtained my sub broker license.

Because at the end your mortgage term there is no penalty I can transfer your mortgage to the best lender and it won't cost you anything. Your bank may have had a great rate initially, but on renewal there could be more competitive rates and specials out there.
