I've been going here for almost 8 years and loyalty seems to mean nothing. I had a problem with the male vet there years ago, he was very rough with my animals. When I took my cat there to get fixed, she came home looking injured and just in really rough shape, she kind of looked like she just had kittens. I've gotten plenty of cats fixed in my life and never have I had one come back like this. She was sick throwing up constantly, could barely keep any food down, I wasn't able to take her back right away because of a snow storm, then the weekend I couldn't afford the emergency charge so I took

Extremely rude on the phone. Wouldn't even listen to the issue. Don't bother trying to go here unless you already do apparently. My industry has staffing issues too, but we're not rude to customers or clients. Perhaps remove "Hospital" from your name and replace it with "Private Clinic". Might save you the aggravation of people calling.

Had an emergency with my puppy, they told me no. go to Halifax they said. anyone who denies a puppy in trouble is no good in my books.
*in response to the owners response, I'm not sure where you got vaccination from, my puppy was attacked by another dog and was in need of emergency vet services. I was quite clear about that on the phone so it is you who needs to he truthful. the vet I went to told me to come right in before ever asking if I was a client.
