We went to W.K. Chan to have a stone placed in a setting . Upon entering David was very friendly and has great energy. He was very informative and helpful by sharing his knowledge on the stone, how the stone was formed, grading system and helping us chose a setting that would showcase our stone beautifully. Mr. David Chan was able to help me find the perfect ring for my wife, customized to our needs and liking. A late anniversary/early Christmas surprise. He was thorough, clear and made the whole process simple and easy. It was also very fast and came in a lot earlier than initially dated. He also personally dropped it off to me so that I would have it right away. The ring looks stunning, and the service was amazing. Highly recommended
