Everyone in there was very nice and helpful! I'm afraid I didn't get all their names (they may have been Kayla and Dr. Raewyn), but the lady who did my eye exam made me feel very comfortable and welcome. My experience was very warm and inviting. The salesperson (Kelly, I believe) listened when I showed her a picture of the kind of frames I was thinking of getting and showed me similar frames. The first frames she showed me ended up being the ones I loved and bought. She was very patient and gave me her honest opinion on how she thought frames looked on me. Worst service ever!!!!!! Had to do all the tests three times, it took more than 2 hours for the exam and my glasses are completely unusable for anything. Don't waste your time or money!!!!
