Our complete oil furnace replacement process was informative, unpressured, totally honest and extremely beneficial. All options were clearly identified and realistically evaluated, considering the home owner's needs and means. The quality of the installation, workmanship and product quality was superlative. The net benefit is a state-of-the-art solution, expertly installed that meets and exceeds the challenges of energy conservation and the home owner's comfort. Very happy with our new tankless water heater installed today. Dwayne provided us with quotes for various options and was very knowledgeable and provided us with all of the information we needed to make our decision. The install date was just a few days after giving Dwayne the go-ahead. Matt did the install and couldnt have been better. Answered all of our questions, the install was very professional and clean. We reside in a two story home and our previous central AC has caused us problems since the beginning. It struggled to cool the entire home (refrigerant leak) and the unit was VERY loud. Well, what a difference our ductless Mitsubishi unit has made! The temperature in our home is perfectly regulated to our needs (nice and cool especially in bedrooms… upstairs) and the sound is unnoticeable. A big THANK YOU to Jimmie and crew for their expertise and providing outstanding customer service. We could not be happier with the install of our new unit from Atel Air.

Jimmie, Greg, Matt, Larry, and the rest of the team took really good care of us. We needed a new furnace, AC, and water heater (the furnace was 27 years old, the AC was 37 years old!). We also wanted to see what could be done about better air circulation in our home. We had a ton of questions throughout the process and they were great about getting back to us, even after we'd signed the contract.
