Commercial Roofing
Specializing in low-sloped commercial roofing systems, we install EPDM membranes, 2-ply SBS modified bitumen, and tar & gravel systems. Our solutions optimize space, ensure efficient drainage, and withstand harsh weather conditions. Ideal for industrial, institutional, and retail properties requiring durable, long-lasting protection.
Residential Roofing
We provide asphalt laminate shingle installations, including 3-tab, dimensional, and luxury shingles. Our residential systems offer superior weather protection against wind, rain, and snow while enhancing curb appeal with versatile color and design options for steep-sloped roofs.
Roof Repairs
Our emergency leak investigations and permanent repairs address all roof types. Services include section replacements, alterations, and preventative maintenance. We use high-quality materials to restore roof integrity and prevent future damage through regular inspections and snow removal.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM single-ply membrane systems offer exceptional durability for commercial applications. This synthetic rubber compound resists extreme temperatures and UV exposure, providing a lightweight, cost-effective solution for flat or low-slope roofs requiring long-term leak-proof protection.
2-Ply SBS Roofing
Our 2-ply SBS modified bitumen systems feature reinforced polyester or fiberglass membranes. Available in multiple thicknesses, these roofs excel in extreme weather conditions, offering flexibility and strength for commercial and industrial buildings needing reliable, code-compliant roofing solutions.
