Very disappointing to work with this company. After agreeing to get my fence done and I let all other companies that quoted me let go, he makes me wait for 2 weeks and then calls me to tell me he won't do the job because he has other jobs. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this company.

I was actually looking for a chain-link fence, instead of a wood fence. Trying to find a company to install a chain link fence for a residence was a challenge. The companies that I did find either charged a ridiculous price or were not even willing to put the quote in writing. I saw the reviews for Total Fence and was impressed. So, I gave them a call and ended up dealing with Tony at the beginning and then David later on for some additional work. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the fence and work done was outstanding. Even though it is only a chain-link fence, I have had neighbors

Have been waiting for a schedule for the last 4 weeks with no reply from Tony except 2-3 empty promises to 'have the deck built next week'
Thanks for not showing up and not returning emails. The extreme lack of customer service is detrimental to business and the internet allows 1 post to reach millions in seconds. This also means you will not be building the 11K fence you quoted either.
