The building from the outside looks nice but the interior is aged. The shower lights and the door lock werent working. When we arrived the staff in the front wasnt very friendly. The room lock cards didnt work and the snow wasnt shoveled. When we asked them if they could clean the snow infront of our door they said "they are busy right now" even though there was like 5 staff members standing around in the front lobby.

Clean neat hotel with helpful staff. They refunded us for our night cause the weather was bad! The waterslide is worth it although the pool is quite shallow. Excellent for a family stay!!

They were very understanding of my situation, making the check in/out process a breeze. The room was warm and cozy. The shampoo smelled good. It was my second time staying and will not be my last!

Exterior of the hotel is nice but the rooms are quite dated. There are also rips in the furniture and chips in the nightstand, desk etc. Front desk staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. It's ok, and was clean, but pricey at $147 a night. Expected more.

Staying over after our Uncle's medal presentation ceremony. Front desk staff was friendly and kind enough to offer us the senior discount. Enjoy the hot tub and pool.
