Warranty Coverage

BEVERLY BUILD warrants your home against defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR starting on your Closing Day. To register online, you will need your Certificate of Completion & Closing (CCP form), which we provide to you at your PDI. Upon receiving your Warranty Service Request we will contact you to schedule one or more service appointments.
After Hours Emergency Support

Your Warranty Service Office is pleased to assist you with all your warranty concerns during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, some problems that can arise outside of these hours will be considered "emergencies" and may require more immediate assistance. IMPORTANT: For fire, gas leaks, and carbon monoxide leaks contact your local Fire Department or 911.
