Buyer Beware. Please DO NOT do business with this company. Forced into litigation to try and get back the thousands of dollars they "upcharged" us on closing of our home. Fees that were NOT in the agreement of purchase and sale. Shoddy construction, too many issues to list. Plus, we discovered that they secretly KEPT A COPY OF OUR HOUSE KEY FOR OVER A YEAR after we closed on the property, without us knowing! Pretty sure that's not legal. They are unresponsive, unethical, and very poorly managed.

I don't normally write reviews of my clients but I felt I had to out of respect for Dominic and his staff. I was hired last year to secure one of his facilities in Welland Ontario my security company tried my best we put in 1050% but no security company is perfect we had glitches starting out and just recently we both decided it was time to go our separate ways. I have nothing but good things to say about Centennial Construction I consider them family.

Centennial is conducting the site work on my 54 suite townhome site and they our doing a great job! The workers on site are knowledgeable, punctual and keep the site clean. The head office, specifically Joe Candeloro, is great to work with and extremely responsive. They provide great value to any size project; they come highly recommended.

If you want your custom built home to be the best in quality, look and workmanship, no further. Centennial homes built our pre-construction home and did an absolute amazing job. There attention to detail and good quality material made our home that much better. I have only bought 3 homes from Centennial construction during the past 3 years. During my interface with the company I have noticed that Centennial staff; is very professional, very helpful to meet the requirements, also very flexible with closing of the property also. The workmanship of construction is good quality and I will definitely buying more and also will strongly recommend to my friends who will become their customers.
