Hello I just started coming here and thought it was a nice place but! I was wrong horrible place so unprofessional and never on time with appointments. I've had to reschedule a couple of times because I've been waiting and waiting and never been seen. I had an appointment once at 4 o'clock and I wasn't seen until 530. When I asked the doctor so when I make an appointment for 4 o'clock should I come in at five and he said no you should come in at 6 o'clock that just shows you how unprofessional this place is. Don't come here not recommend. Wish I could've gave them no stars

Very bad service, my mom has been declined for her appointment to pick up her new dentures on October 15th at 1:15pm for being 3 minutes late and told her there was no possible way to take her in, so she had to reschedule for October 29th at 1pm which is today and we are here but again she got declined and now they say the appointment was at 11am and that she's past her appointment when they had literally scheduled for the same time as last time. I'm pretty sure they don't care but my mom has high blood pressure and both times we've had to take her to the doctors because the staff has no patience

Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable, informative and professional. I came in for crowns on my dental implants. The dental hygienist was gentle during my cleaning and did a great job with my impressions for my crowns. The staff at the front desk are very welcoming. This dental office is a hidden gem!

I went about a month & a half ago the service was alright . The problem was this office proceeded to bill my insurance for services that werent done for me & they billed for a date in which in fact I had not been in the office . When I called the receptionist said she understood why I was upset but that she only bills what is in the doctors notes . A day or two later the manager of the office called and said that it was a misunderstanding and it was a clerical error . Now I work in the same field how could it be a clerical error when I wasnt in the office for one of the dates billed for me
