We used Burly Boyz Moving & Storage to move from southwestern Ontario to Edmonton. We found there was a personal touch which we havent had in previous cross country moves. They were spot on with communication and very professional. They were always available for questions and kept us informed about the move. There were no hidden prices and with such a great staff and pricing, we will be recommending them to our friends and family. Great job Burly Boyz and thanks again for everything arriving in perfect shape!

Our move from Toronto to Victoria with Burly Boyz was a great experience from start to finish. Everybody was friendly and professional and helped minimize the stress in the whole venture. Elizabeth provided the estimate on the phone based on my description of the content walking from room to room. It turned out to be very accurate. We maintained good communication with her and Dawn throughout the process. They patiently answered questions and satisfied our requests. The crews on both sides lead by Marwin and Bektas were not only burly but also polite and accommodating. I would hire Burly Boyz again

These guys were PHENOMENAL! John, Carey, and Alex were so kind, so efficient, so helpful and really informative on tips and tricks for next time. I am never moving again unless I can get these guys back to do the move for me - absolute blessing - all of them! Thanks Burly Boyz!

We used Burly boyz on mid April to move into a new house. During the process the boys actually did pretty good until they are trying to move the couch. During that time, they damaged 2 walls but didn’t tell us anything until we found out later. My husband talked to the company, they said they can’t do anything about it since we aren’t but… insurance. However, if we were going to buy insurance now ($200) then we will need to pay a deductible for $150. We decided not use it , we ended up paid $600 for repair the walls. In the end, the company doesn’t take any responsibility

Showed up on last possible moving date with all our most valuable items “lost” horrible customer service. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Horrible experience from the start. Employees talking of drug abuse and how they furnish their homes with “lost items”. Complete trash of a company

Great experience with Burly Boyz on March 4! The move took a little longer than expected as I had WAY more boxes than I initially estimated when getting my quote. They were on time, very personable, and worked hard the entire time. Very professional, and I appreciated that they checked in here and there to be sure that I was happy with how things were going. Highly recommend!
