Jacqueline Darroch, a person who is impossible to give a title to. We could call her an office manager, head of administration, customer service representative but in reality, she does much more. Jacqueline comes into contact with almost every family we serve and leaves her special touch in everything she does.

While there may have been a time in our history that the word "funeral" meant something that was very similar and familiar to each of us, that is not reality today. How you choose to honour the life of someone you loved is very personal. We have caring and dedicated staff and the resources available to provide a service tailored to suit the wishes and needs of you and your family and it is our desire to exceed your expectations.

Contrary to what most people believe, cremation does not limit one's choices. The choice of cremation does not eliminate a funeral service. A funeral service followed by cremation need be no different than a funeral service followed by ground burial. Following the funeral service and cremation, the cremated remains are usually placed in an urn before being committed to a final resting place.

Preplanning or prearranging is making arrangements before the death occurs. It is a practical way of determining your exact wishes for a funeral in advance of the need. Preplanning provides the opportunity to record the instructions and wishes.
