In Ajax Optical needs are provided under one roof like Eye Examination, Eye Glasses, Contact Lenses & Safety Glasses. A determination of the need for glasses can be solely determined optically by a doctor who provides final prescription. A procedure using a retinoscope that determine whether your eyes are "20/20," or have difficulties in seeing things up close or far away.

Regular eye check-ups are recommended for every one from Examinations with a registered eye care practitioner (optometrist ) are recommended every second year. Studies show that over 60 per cent of people with 'poor vision' only need glasses to improve both their vision and quality of life. There is also a link between poor vision and old age.
Insurance

At Ajax Optometrists Clinic we can electronically submit your claim to your insurance company who will pay us directly. The only time that you would be responsible to pay is the difference between your insurance coverage and the cost of your Eye Exam and Glasses. Before making an Appointment please check with your Insurance, if we are allowed to bill directly.
