Diane Trevis & Associates
We look forward to providing you with the most up to date and innovative eye care possible. We offer several different services to suit all of our patients needs to ensure they achieve their optimal eye and vision health. I came to Peterborough for school and had a lot of worries finding my own optometrist, and all the staff here (especially Dr. Lauren and Amanda from Green Eyewear) make me really glad I chose Dr. Trevis and Associates!

They are very kind, helpful, and accommodating.

About Us
Report
We began providing eye care to Peterborough in 1985, and it has been a most incredible experience. From the beginning, we knew we wanted to bring the latest technology to our patients. We began with the most advanced technologies of that era and have continued to evolve and grow. Our latest innovations, of which we are very proud, are a new Dry Eye Disease Clinic and a Myopia Control Clinic.

Did you know we have direct billing to most major insurance companies covering 85% of Canadians? We are proud to offer direct billing for even better service for our patients! See below for a list of all the companies we are able to direct bill with. Please Note: We will NOT be able to submit your claim if your insurance provider does not support third-party online submissions.
Eye Exams
Report
Regular comprehensive eye exams ensure that the patient's vision and ocular health is optimal. During the exam, the doctor looks for any abnormalities in the structures of the eye as well as assess the patient's overall health history to guarantee the patient is receiving the care they need. Most adults should have an eye exam every two years.
Dry Eye Therapy
Report
Dry eye disease is a chronic condition that can be very uncomfortable and can even damage your eyes. In our new Dry Eye Clinic, we will perform a series of diagnostic tests to determine the exact nature of your dry eyes and what the best course of treatment might be. Together, we can plan a way forward to healthier and more comfortable eyes.
