New to town so I wasn't a patient of theirs. I needed medicine for ticks and they were incredibly difficult to deal with. Very cold when I went to buy them also very expensive compared to other vets I've worked with. They won't be my local veterinarian that's for sure.

West Niagara Animal Hospital is probably the best Veterinarian we have been able to find in 20+ years as a family of pet lovers with our own Zoo at home! They are super friendly and courteous and their prices are definitely the best we've been able to find in a very long while. Thank you for taking on our Zoo on as patients!

Sad to say, I gave West Niagara a second shot! Years ago I had a bad experience and never went back. Being local since 1988, I thought I would give them another shot! My current vet took a year off as he had medical family issues to take care of. So here I am in a bad situation! My pug Annie 14 years old was in need. I knew it was time to let her go! During a very emotional time, I called West Niagara to ask for help to have her put to sleep and cremation! In tears, I was given a quote. Then she asked me when I would like to come in. Told her today or tomorrow! Her reply. I'm sorry we don't have

I absolutely love the vet techs reception and vet at west Niagara. We have only been here for a short couple months but already feel at ease that our puppy is being taken care of. Especially during covid times they have been beyond accommodating and answered all my questions over the phone while my pup was with them.
