I was looking to order some boomers, found some online priced just under 100.00 Canadian. Noticing they were close by I thought it would be best to call to order for pick up... the price was 148.00?? I mentioned the difference in price from online. I asked if I could just order online and pick up from them to save the cost difference... but while I was on the phone they actually went online and changed the price so I could not get the original price? That has got to be the worst customer experience ever what a joke.....

Got to give a huge shout out to Hayward service department, had some issues with my truck and trailer today, I ask for a service truck they were promptly on it , then told told me if I could come to the shop they could repair my unit right away, which I could do I did , the repair was great , the service was amazing and the price was more than fair , thanks again for getting me up and going again

Wonderful Service! They do great work and appreciate urgency when required, the best part of Service is the communication. Really great guys to work with. I'm quite glad they are super close to Ryder Rentals there in Acheson. Looking forward to working even more with the company.
