Substance Use Health
Our Substance Use Health program provides confidential assessments and outpatient treatment for individuals seeking support with substance use and mental health goals. Services include individual counseling, case management, and community dialectical behavior therapy groups. We use a harm reduction approach to help clients reduce negative impacts of substance use while respecting their position on the health spectrum.
Walk-In Counselling
The Walk-In Counselling Clinic offers free, same-day mental health support for individuals, couples, and families on a first-come basis. This service operates in partnership with Children's Centre Thunder Bay and provides immediate access to professional counselors for a range of emotional and psychological concerns.
Financial Counselling
Our Financial Counselling services help clients improve financial health through personalized assessments and budgeting strategies. We assist with accessing government benefits, tax filing support, and developing spending plans tailored to individual circumstances while maintaining strict confidentiality for all financial information.
PAR Program
The Partner Assault Response (PAR) program offers specialized counseling for court-mandated individuals addressing intimate partner violence. This 12-session group format focuses on accountability, healthy communication, and understanding abuse patterns while coordinating with legal authorities and providing safety planning for affected families.
Youth Outreach
Youth Outreach Counsellors provide free short-term support for ages 12-25 facing mental health challenges, substance use issues, or relationship violence. Services include community-based counseling, crisis intervention, and connections to additional resources through mobile outreach and partnership programs.

Won't recommend.. Though they would put me in contact with someone experienced.. Instead my first appointment was some little girl... so i hung up... not impressed will go elsewere to talk to an ADULT!
